Cancellation Policy

BEING A SMALL BUSINESS AND WORKING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ,WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. THIS CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED UPON THE COMPLETION OF SERVICE OR IN THE INSTANCE OF LATE CANCELLATION LESS THAN 48 HOURS, LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOW OCCURRENCES.

RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED WELL IN ADVANCE SO THAT YOUR DESIRED TIMES CAN BE RESERVED.

WE REQUIRE A 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE IN ORDER TO AVOID A LATE CANCELLATION FEE. CLIENTS CANCELLING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES RESERVED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE BOOKING SERVICES AT REFLEXOLE SPA.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS BETWEEN YOUR BOOKING TIME AND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THERE WILL BE A 100% CHARGE IF THE APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED.

Sterilization Policy

At Reflexole Spa, we are dedicated to your safety and comfort. As part of this commitment, the cleanliness and sanitation of our pedicure spas is of the utmost importance.

We clean and sanitize all surfaces using a disinfectant solution and scrub brush to clean tubs, jets, and screens before and after each client. The tubs is then filled with clean water and the whirlpool is flushed thoroughly with a complete rinse cycle. This process complies with State Board of Cosmetology requirements for sanitation.
